I’m delighted to announce, exclusively, that Yen Press will publish Twilight: The Graphic Novel, Vol. 1 on March 16, with a first printing of 350,000 copies. Here’s a first glimpse at the book’s cover, as well as an exclusive peek at one of its panels (for a full ten-page excerpt, and the entire Q&A with Stephenie Meyer, see the issue of EW that goes on sale this Friday).

READ for more detail and a GLIMPSE of the book!!

New moon cover

The second film in the series that made stars out of Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner will be relatively light on bonus with Blu-ray and DVD sharing the same content. Noticeably missing from Summit’s announcement is any mention for a preview of The Twilight Saga: Eclipse, but I would not rule out the possibility of one being added just before release as the same announcement concludes the bonus features listing with “and more!”

Audio Commentary with Director Chris Weitz and editor Peter Lambert;
6-part documentary that takes you behind the scenes
Exclusive band rehearsal footage with Muse;
Music videos from Death Cab for Cutie, Anya Marina and Mute Math

Today Stephenie Meyer made and update on her site about the Breaking Dawn movie.

Just a quick note on the subject of the Breaking Dawn film: there is no drama over whether the book should be one movie or two. My personal feeling is that it would be very difficult to cram the whole story into one movie (as I’ve said in many interviews previous to this), but if a great way of doing that surfaces, I’m all for it. Two or one, whichever way fits the story best is fine by me, and everyone I’ve spoken with at Summit seems to feel the same way. We’re all excited to move forward on this, and we are slowly and surely getting there. I know people are anxious for news, and so sometimes gossip gets fabricated to stir things up, but there’s no basis to this particular story.

This is a short article from the LA Times on the final installment of the Twilight Series.

“Breaking Dawn,” the next installment in “The Twilight Saga,” could begin filming as soon as this fall — and along the way it could even turn into two films instead of one.

That’s according to Wyck Godfrey, producer of the first three films, who last week talked to our friends over at the new movie blog 24 Frames.

What a tough life for Up in the Air Golden-Globe nominee Anna Kendrick – jetting between film sets with a two-time PEOPLE Sexiest Man Alive winner and with one of the world’s favorite vampires.

Shedding light on shooting Up in the Air with George Clooney and Twilight with Robert Pattinson, Kendrick, 24, tells Ellen DeGeneres on the TV’s host’s Jan. 8 show, “George gave me such a hard time about shooting Twilight. Whenever I came back, it was like, ‘Oh sorry, this isn’t the Twilight set. You’re not working with Mr. Handsome.’ He called Rob ‘Mr. Handsome.’ ”

But Kendrick admits she helped egg on the pseudo-competition, bringing back a GQ magazine that she had Pattinson sign, “To George, Best of Luck. Hang in there. Love Rob.”

Clooney’s response? He signed his Esquire magazine, “Dear Rob, Thanks for all the inspiration. I’m a huge fan. Love, George, two-time ‘Sexiest Man Alive.’ “

Jonathan Levine has come on to direct Mandate Pictures’ now untitled cancer comedy which stars James McAvoy and Seth Rogen. Also joining the film is Anna Kendrick, a Golden Globe nominee for her turn in “Up In the Air.”

The project, previously titled “I’m With Cancer,” was to be directed by Nicole Holofcener who dropped out in November. Levine’s credits include “The Wackness” and “All the Boys Love Mandy Lane.”

Principal photography starts next month in Vancouver. Mandate International will commence pre-sales in Berlin in February.

The new forum is up on the site!! This forum is open to everyone, all ages, but will also have a place for adults only!! This was a hard decision considering we’d been 18+ since this place started but the teens were wanting a forum here for them as well and we decided it’d be easier to create one forum for everyone and some threads for those that are adults. Please note: If you’re already a member on our old forum, you will need to re-register on the new one!

Note: The header does say adult forum but just ignore that, we’re working on getting that changed!!
